Automated Drive Systems, LLC. is ran by a young immature owner whom will threaten your position over his personal feelings. I need to mention that there are 7 people working there and 4 of them are his close friends and family (1 wife, 2 friends of 15 years, and the owner). They will all take turns walking past your office to see what you are doing instead of focusing on their own work. I should also mention that you will do very little accounting and be a parts manager and when the owner messes up an order he will verbally discipline you as if you messed the order up. If you don't agree and tell him what he wants to hear; he will say you're not a fit for the work culture. You will be in tears by the 2nd month you are there. Your hands will be into so many things that are not your job duty that you will be blamed for any mistake that happens whether it's your job or not. Prepare to enjoy being the catch all with no appreciation as the owner will leave for weeks at a time, not inform any plans for his absence; and cover all of his duties and your never ending duties. When he returns; you will be shown dis-appreciation for going above and beyond for him so he could be gone. Enjoy a Project Manager that doesn't know how to manage a project being a hallway monitor. Trust that if you do not please him he will recommend the termination of your employment. This company is a prime example of a poor work culture. The environment is harassing and abusive.
