      Cons

      Management abuse of unfair dismissal to terminate a contract without a proper reason. In a project with charity organization, use project leader who admitted he got Dissociative Identity Disorder and confirmed himself homoerotism suggesting sexual harassment behavior towards colleagues.

      Team culture is pretty nice. They are willing to teach junior colleagues. And a not bad working environment.

      Depends on what project you are assigned. Your experience may be so diverse. And also it is not easy to have other learning opportunities if the project is not yet ended.
