      * Incredible Technology * Great Culture * High Growth - Lots of room for career advancement * Senior Leadership is mission-driven and really cares about helping cities solve challenges at the curb * Competitive pay & healthy work-life balance culture

      Cons

      I can't think of any major cons, other than the environment is pretty fast-paced and dynamic and so if that is not your cup of tea, that would be the only flag.
