company style is autonomous. so you have freedom. They have really smart and knowledgeable people in technical side.
Cons
management lacks vision and refuses to hire more technical staff or good marketing people to help with building the company. all the pressure is on you as the sales person to perform but they do not give you any help. just dial for dollars, which is not something that works in the industry space anymore.
