I.e. "Get it done by today/tomorrow" is a very common phrase. - Business process & requirement documentations are MOSTLY absent for your references. You will be expected to study the source codes in identifying the solution's workflow & business workflow. - Onboarding is unguided and you are mostly on your own. You will be then expected to deliver task and self tested reports of the end-to-end solution. - Often getting compared to ex-employees achievements. But no mentioned of their timelines. - Deal with a 'Technical' boss which is quite sales minded.
