Management doesn't understand the technology they are trying to implement. Regularly lies to investors, consumers, and vendors. Uses brutal intimidation techniques as part of their management practice.
The technology itself is quite promising and will be a game changer should it succeed.

The problem is that the technology is the in the hands of the wrong people. Pretty much all the management has come from Cypress or SVTC and have little to no experience with power discrete FETs or any sort of GaN processing. Those that actually have some sort of experience in either of these areas were either let go by management or left of their own accord for better opportunities.
