Pros

They pay well above industry standard to offset poor culture.

Cons

The president has clear favorites and does not act as a support system for the client service team. The departments are very divided with the marketing department (where the current President formerly oversaw) having complete power over other departments. Upper management makes service very difficult and has directly contributed to massive turnover. Management also takes away resources for the service team to properly manage accounts but expects the same level of results with much less, making the work environment even more difficult. Upper management sends cease and desist letters or even files lawsuits to not only former employees but former clients as well.

Thank you for providing your feedback. Even negative feedback is appreciated because it provides an opportunity for growth. We apologize you do not feel like there was support for you. We have moved forward with modifying some internal structures to foster role clarity and unification within the team. And our current team has provided very positive feedback on the results of those efforts. As it relates to any legal action Axion has taken, notices are only sent when there is a breach of contract. This is in an effort to protect our employees and all of the hard work they put into the company.

Pros

Axion offers a work environment where opportunity, autonomy and collaboration are celebrated. As a small-to-mid sized employer, employees are given the opportunity to drive their own work schedules, share other ideas with colleagues and seek personal opportunity to earn more and grow within the organization/industry. All employees are treated as industry experts by management and have full range to solve problems the best way they seem fit. The two things I have enjoyed most are the opportunities for growth and the ability to learn – not only in the company, but the industry. The company is extremely focused on developing personnel. It is an organization I would recommend working for.

Cons

Being a small-to-mid sized employer, you cannot hide behind the work of others. Colleagues are expected to hold themselves accountable, act in a professional manner and represent the organization to the best of their ability.

Pros

The account management team use to be a strong well oiled machine. When the few tenured team members left it was felt across the organization. Great place to learn. Pay was on the higher scale.

Cons

Hostile work environment, no career growth, bonuses fluctuate based on uncontrollable circumstances. Team tenure is low and those that had been there for a longer period have all left. All employees were not treated the same and it was well known that certain team members had perks that others did not.
