      Really a great place to work, the dev team really takes care of their codebase, almost all the code I touched had at least unit tests.

      I don't think there are any cons worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Good initiatives to take care of the employee. Good ratio of responsibilities vs. salary. Good vacation conditions. Possibility to join their Stock-Options plan. Anywhere Office Politic (Remote work available for everybody).

      Cons

      There is little control over the synchronicity of the work which sometimes makes emergency situations a little difficult. Most of the on-boarding is in Portuguese (it is currently being adapted to English as well).
