      Pros

      The company at one time had smart people, that seemed to go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Unreasonable demands placed on employees, in an environment that is often hostile. Company doesn't seem to be headed anywhere and management is clueless. Do a Linkedin search and you will find tons of ex employees.

      Pros

      - learned a lot of cool stuff - hours were flexible

      Cons

      - some people there weren't the nicest - often had unreasonable demands placed on me - environment was hectic and lonely - going above and beyond was never recognized, appreciated, or rewarded - ideas were just about always ignored I was one time chewed out on an email thread for cc'ing someone that didn't need to be cc'd on the email and ironically, the person that chewed me out replied-all (cc'ing almost 50% of the company). yeah, that's the kind of stuff that happened there quite regularly.

      Pros

      The product is essentially a 150k search engine for SharePoint. Problem is SharePoint comes with a search engine. As you can imagine it’s a tough sale. Maybe this is more of a con.

      Salary was below market averages.
