Pros
I owe a great deal to MMI. The agency has always been precise about hiring for creativity, hard work but also high ethical standards. Anyone who has worked in public relations knows how rare that combination can be. The management team is a healthy blend of great experience and youthful energy. It's a small business that draws on the creativity of a startup and the thoughtfulness you'd find at a larger firm. I started my career here and would do so again in a heartbeat.
Cons
If you're looking for a gig where you can skate by with minimal effort, keep looking. You will work, and work, and work. But it's highly rewarding.
