      Some good people there but could not recommend because company too unprofessional

      Pros

      There were some good hardware and software engineers there (who are no longer there and have left).

      Cons

      It is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen, their lab is really unprofessional. BIT employee turnover rate is extremely high. I could not recommend working there or doing business there.

      They do work from 8 to 5 only.

      Cons

      They will hire you until they replace you from someone from Germany. or they make you drive to irvine at your own cost.

      Good location, some great people work there, lenient work hours

      Cons

      Employees are not treated well, everything is for a show, lots of bureaucracy, lack of communication, employees are not appreciated at all
