Pros
Since joining Bruin I’ve found the company really welcoming, social and successful. If you want to invest in tech or tools to make your job easier, the business is very open to it as long as you can make a sensible case. The Manchester office is lively, fun to be in and everyone is very supportive – Chris Neal in particular has been fantastic in helping me settle in. The senior leadership team (Colin, Kirstin and Emily) have also been great at helping this newbie navigate existing clients, relationships and internal colleagues, and after six months I already feel very much at home. There’s also a dedicated marketing team who are great at supporting with content, pitches and general collateral when you need it. This team is fab
Cons
Sometimes the Manchester office can feel a little distant from London, but there’s a genuine effort from everyone to keep the two locations connected and working closely together. Overall it’s genuinely a fantastic place to work.
