      Pros

      -Opportunity to learn a lot about the construction industry -Work under pressure and deadlines -People are nice to each other -Handling large projects made me know a lot of things

      -The delays in salaries was a bigger concern -Food quality at site was not up to the mark

      Pros

      Learned how to do time management and hands on experience on Heavy Civil Engineering Projects especially Highway / Transportation Projects. Finishing the assigned task on or before scheduled time. Managing skilled workers.

      Cons

      Used to work for more extra hours, late delivery of materials from the casting yard to complete the work in the project site. Not allocating sufficient workers, equipment's on time.

      No pros of the company

      Cons

      They cheat everyone and with held salaries. Don't pay salaries on time. They pay salaries occasionally and that too one month salary. Worst Management. The HR, VC -HR are all worst and fraud people.
