      Have full freedom to work and solve there adminstrative processes.

      Cons

      - No growth. - The companies director communicated in a disrespectfull and aggressive manner. - The work location is also not good. - Less job security. - Employees are compelled to use our personal laptops for work, as the management insists on it wihtout providing alternatives. - No national/festival holidays were given to employees

      Good work culture, No politics

      Cons

      No benefits given by the company, No holiday on any festival except Diwali, Only half day off in Holi and that too 2nd half, No off on national holidays too, Bad appraisal system, Institute is very student centric and they only care about the students and not consultants
