      Pros

      Too many to list, this is what every company should aspire for! - culture - flexibility - work from home - fast paced environment - easy to collaborate across teams - leadership recognises talent - opportunities to grow (if you like to do X and are good at it, no one will stop you) - you don’t have to run behind pleasing people to be recognised, you do the right thing for the product and you will be recognised!

      Not major for me but: Stock options, unlimited PTO benefits are limited to domestic (USA) employees only
