The firm really values culture and creating a good work environment by providing staff with benefits, flexible work arrangements and hosting great functions that support team building. From what I experienced it seems like the firm only hires down to earth people, so I was never faced with a toxic work environment from colleagues at my level to senior management. I found that the firm challenges a traditional law firm and goes against regular stereotypes and supports collaboration, respect, inclusion and diversity. I’ve met people that I will hopefully be friends with for life, and I am devastated to be leaving but I just want to try a different type of law, otherwise I could see myself at the firm for years to come.
