- Fast-paced and ambitious culture with a great mission - The work is interesting and collaboration between teams is great, all of my colleagues are very sharp and we have a great team atmosphere - Company is growing a lot and there are always new opportunities and projects to work on. Keeps things very interesting and lots of room to grow.

Cons

- As with any startup, there are a lot of priorities at any given time. It's important to stay focused. Management does a great job defining priorities and helping with this.

* Great process that reduces stress, and focuses time * 100% remote, no wasted time on commute * meetings only happen when there is a good reason for them to happen * hard-charging work culture that still allows for great work-life balance. I can disconnect when I need to, and trust noone will bother me.

* could use more social events to connect with others in person
