Little room for growth
They tend to overpromise and under deliver
Overworked and not enough resources / assistance for higher level / tenured employees
No manuals or guides, it's all expected from the employees learning the material
Preach that family and culture matters but lay off multiple employees with no notice or severance whatsoever, advised to leave that same day and no meeting scheduled, just a casual "hey this is happening"
Seems to me that there is a lot of ambition, but it's poorly handled
Instead of a manager training a new employee about best practices, it often falls to a coworker who gets no coverage or assistance with their own tasks
