They lie and don't pay you what they promised you. The company doesn't care about any of its employees. It just wants to make money. Employees are expendable and they will fire you as soon as they can replace you. You don't get raises. They mess with your hours and make you work overtime with no notice. They don't stick to their contracts. The boss will rip you apart in front of all the other employees. Management creates a toxic environment. Anyone with a brain will not stay here.
