Customers were generally very pleasant, and all my coworkers were wonderful people to work with. Very willing to train new people and all do their fair share of work.
Cons
Owner is pretty absent from the business. He can be really difficult to deal with and is demanding of the workers when he does show up despite not recognizing how difficult the industry is. Lack of diversity--95% of the restaurant is white except for the dishwasher.
