•Communication between departments is poor and regularly leads to delays •Properties can take too long to go live, which reflects badly on those dealing with clients •What’s promised at the front end isn’t consistently delivered behind the scenes •Systems and processes feel disjointed and inefficient •Very little support when issues arise — you’re often left to deal with problems yourself •High expectations without the structure or backing to realistically meet them •Pay does not feel competitive compared to the rest of the industry •Management are failing to provide clear direction, with a reactive and inconsistent approach to handling situations
