      Pros

      Leadership is ALWAYS looking out for the team - there's never ending support and when I need help, it's there. Fast paced environment and the team is incredible

      Cons

      More towards my role in sales, but sometimes facing rejection is hard - that's not on Beach Commute though, that's sales in general. For the company as a whole, nothing really bad to say!

      Beach Commute is a really special place to work. The leadership actually listens and cares about helping you grow, which is rare. The work itself feels meaningful — you’re supporting people who want to make big changes in their lives through remote work. On top of that, the team has such a fun, supportive vibe, with strong communication.

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced, startup-style environment, so things move quickly and processes are still evolving. You have to be adaptable and proactive with communication. If you have these traits you're good to go!
