CEO is horrible, bipolar. Juniors and interns manage entire product lines and are yelled at when issues arise (which is really due to poor guidance/management) Very unstable job - I've seen many people get fired out of the blue despite good performance, without warning Horrible hours and unsafe working conditions if working in the field No room for career advancement, small startup
