      Pros

      The CEO is flexible and generous. She understands employees get sick, need vacation, and have personal things to attend to at times. She is kind and capable. The team collaborates and cares about the quality of their work.

      Cons

      Initially, communication between departments was not great but it has improved significantly. Big thumbs up!

      Everyone is very friendly and culture is pretty solid

      Cons

      Company is helpful but struggles to help create real solutions to issues all across the board. Hard to buy in when you see negative things and hear negative things being said constantly with no solutions.
