Accepting my position here at Behavioral Transformations is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Behavioral Transformations is a privately owned ABA company whose owners are still very much involved in day-to-day operations. I have had the pleasure of working with the owners and seeing their passion for their employees to succeed. This passion flows down to leadership. The key is to communicate with your supervisor and director. Behavioral Transformations recognizes the importance of health and family. This year my father passed away, and I ended up in the hospital a couple of weeks later. Behavioral Transformations stood by me through it all. Not many companies would have been so understanding. I am incredibly thankful and proud to work here.
