Genuinely a terrible place to work. The current COO is demeaning and disrespectful to staff. He does not value their input at all. He shouts and throws tantrums. He has no technical expertise to speak of, yet somehow thinks he knows better than others. Besides him, the culture is toxic and misogynistic. I have heard one person say to another, “This is why women shouldn’t be managers.” That’s bad enough, and I STILL think the COO is the worst part. That dude sucks.
