    Pros

Very good place to work and learn. Helped me to grow and improve on my skill set. No Hierarchy of mangers. For any issue you can directly approach to the concerned authority and they see to it that the issue gets resolved quickly. A very healthy environment to work in and flourish. All the seniors are very helpful and generous.

    Cons

    Nothing I can think of.

    Pros

Good place to start career. It is stable company with some good project and very talented people.
Salary and annual hike is good. Overtime salary is also there.
Overall culture is good but seems like late stay is expected when no deadline is there, even though policy says more than 8 hours of work is not expected.

    Cons

    Too much politics these days.
Cannot complain about some employees favoured by management. Nothing will happen to that person but employee who complain, his life will be difficult.
Useless management and hr. knows everything but does nothing about it.

    Advice to Management

Do something about the problem employees are facing for past three years.
Stop the work in the new office during office hours. There is lot of dust and noise and it's unhealthy working condition. If possible, make a better office. It is not a government office, but MNC. It doesn't look like MNC.

I worked at Belzabar Software Design (Less than a year)

    Pros

Get to learn a lot of new things.
A good environment because of smart people
Good work is appreciated (with good increments too)

    Cons

Best development practices like agile, automated tests not used.
Not many senior people in the company. One often needs to leave within 3 years to continue growth and learning.
Some projects may make one lose personal life balance

    Advice to Management

Retain the good guys so that there are more senior people in the company.
Either scrape the product that's being built or launch it.

  10. Helpful (1)

"Pleasant atmosphere, good variety of work"

    Pros

    1. The company has a wide variety of projects, ranging from mobile apps to web based apps, which will definitely hone your development skills

    2. Your talent, hard work and a good level of effort, especially to meet critical deadlines will definitely be acknowledged and rewarded

    3. No 'Boss Culture' as such. You don't have to 'please' anyone to get ahead. Just do your work and you will be fine in the long run.

    4. All the extra work and long hours spent in the office for project related work are adequately compensated in the form of Overtime payment

    5. The company does take good care of its employees in the form of more than sufficiently stocked pantry and cafeteria (read free chips, biscuits, cold drinks, juices, tea and coffee machines), birthday celebrations for each and every employee, napkins at every desk that are replenished from time to time, annual family day outings and out of station trips and the festival related office celebrations.

    6. Stable environment and business model unlike the volatile and insecure start-up culture

    Cons

    1. All the business analysts work in the same style - pass on the work to colleagues, haggle for time estimates (even when sufficient time reserves are available) and raise false alarms just to speed up the work being done so that their "project-management skills" are appreciated. Most of them always work in a "tyrant mode" (read asking for updates after every 15 minutes, making you stay unnecessarily in the office when the same piece of work can also be completed the next day, unnecessarily pressurizing the team of developers and testers ) just to appear efficient and due to which, work related ugly conflicts are common and numerous complaints against this kind of behavior always falls on deaf ears.

    2. Work from home is a strict no-no unless in emergency situations

    3. No town-hall type meetings to address the collective issues of employees

    4. Important office policies change overnight without any discussion or involvement of the employees, which leads to further confusion

    Advice to Management

    1. Democratize the process of formulating important office policies, so that logical and reasonable policies can be framed

    2. Please hold town hall meetings for the employees, to address their concerns

    3. Organize training sessions for the Business Analysts so that they know the difference between good and bad management, since most of them are just engineering graduates without any management experience or skills. The quickest way to complete a project is not always the best way.

    Pros

I worked with the team this summer as an Intern.
    1. Nice Environment
    2.Work/Life Balance is good.
        * 8 hours fixed(10am to 6pm,Monday to Friday)+Overtime
        * Work/Life Balance may get affected if you have to talk to the clients(which is in US).
    3. People are smart and some are hard working too.
    4. Flat Hierarchy.
    5. Outings are regular too.
    6. Free Snacks/Juices/Coffee/tea/Fruits are available all the time.
    7. Medical Room is present. So,that you can take rest.
    8. PlayStation is also there(but I have never seen anyone playing)
    9. Got to work on new technologies.
    10. There is a special Tech Talk Session for interns.

    Cons

    1. It allows employees to play cricket outside but it does not count it in the working time.
    2. It does not provide any accommodation for the interns.I really disliked this,
     * I am not sure whether it provides any accommodation to it's employees or not.Or whether it pays the rent?
    3. It has two floors at the Delhi Office that too one at the top and another at the bottom.

I don't know about the Compensation and Benefits provided.

As an intern,I found this much.

    Advice to Management

Accommodation should be provided by the management or at least a help should be provided.
