Free internet provided to employees. Flexible work-from-home arrangements that make work–life balance easier. Top management is generally approachable.
Cons
Hardly any opportunities for career growth or advancement — progression feels limited. No yearly bonuses or meaningful financial recognition for effort. New employees are not always made to feel welcome, which can create a difficult team dynamic. Leadership communication and decision-making can feel one-sided, with little opportunity for staff input. Lack of transparency around redundancy decisions as some employees appeared to be targeted despite being told that redundancies would be random. Salaries are below market rate compared to similar roles in the industry.
