    Pros

    Great benefits: PTO, Insurance, 401K
    Some area for growth
    Backed by much larger global company
    Never need to take work home with you.

    Cons

    Micro managed and all levels
    Recent industry changes can effect future
    Attempted at employee development but seems to fall short of real advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to be held accountable for their job preformance also.

    Low Salary
    Capped commissions
    Micro Managed
    Metric focused exclusively
    Overt favoritism
    Very poor management
    Constant change-for the worse
    Unrealistic quotas
    No opportunity of advancement at all
    Need to know communication
    Extremely negative work environment
    Treat employees like children
    Rules with stick-no carrots!
    No freedom of movement-even restroom breaks

    Advice to Management

    Hire sales management that treat employees fairly and stop favoritism. Need entire new sales management.

    Pros

    Amazing benefits, good people to work with. You are set up to succeed. Top management has great strategic vision.

    Cons

    Benefits are heavily weighed into your comp. If you are looking for a company that is lavish, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a stable career, you are in good hands.

    Pros

    Excellent health benefits, pto time, and pay. I worked with a great team and really loved my job there. Management acknowledges hard work and you are rewarded in a positive way. There are also many perks. Just an awesome place to work!

    Cons

    I can not think of a single con.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the positive atmosphere!

    Pros

    Fantastic benefit package, Monday thru Friday first shift hours, great IT support and tools, community oriented, free coffee!, high quality office space, casual dress code.

    Cons

    Micromanaging style of leadership - restroom, leg-stretching time and water fountain time is highly monitored even if production goals are being met, front line managers in call center area do not support reps if it means going to upper management, management allows long time team members to create conflict and drama without repercussion, skill development training after new hire training non-existent. No consistency in leadership.

    Advice to Management

    You hire experienced professionals, so treat them as such by not micromanaging every part of their job. Convince the director of sales/service to not lead by intimidation and actually get to know their team - not just their chosen few favorites. Stop allowing disruptive, negative veteran team members to create a culture of angst on the floor.

    good pay great benefits great team mates

    Cons

    no communication from management lots of micro managing w/regard to time have to account for when you go to bathroom etc....when you ask for help or ask questions get conflicting answers or have to wait to long for answers customers get upset for wait..too much workplace drama very competitive & cut throat no room for advancement or growth here...lots of stress & work load put on you & no leeway if you cant keep up

    Advice to Management

    stop the need to know basis customer service people do need to know they are the front line for company answers & handle's most questions & issue's & are not given the info they need to best deal w/those issue's....better communication is a must & need to have management on same page w/each other
