      Pros

      I can't think of a good reason to work here but the operations manager had a good intention and gave their best effort to put a good product out.

      Cons

      The owner is a self promoting, selfish individual. He thinks he can yell and get his way like a little child. He is by far the worst employer I have ever worked for and have ever seen!
