Very competitive wage, excellent benefits, wonderful opportunity to gain meaningful claims experience, flexible hours, variety of positions available, great if you enjoy working independently
Cons
Training is abbreviated, management can give off the impression of being unprepared, HR can be slow to respond, management will introduce major changes but will give no explanation
