Very Low pay, pays the lowest of any blood lab Not allowed to take vacation even when given months notice Working the job of 2+ people Micromanaging Do not have proper equipment to do job accurately (company is very cheap)

Boss was a micromanager, very rude and had no empathy for employees . I thought at first maybe it was because I was new but after hearing him talk to employee who had been there for over 20 years o realized it was just a him issue. I have never had an issue with management except for at this place
