Co-workers, flexible hours, better than average pay and benefits for this part of the country, local management is pretty accessible, lots of employee appreciation gifts, food, parties (more in non-covid times.) Mistakes are more or less treated as systemic problems that should be fixed instead of just blaming people.

high intensity, too much multi-tasking... can be stressful
Quarterly bonuses that are equal for all employees, not based on a percentage of your pay, but that is probably going to change soon because of the Agilent acquisition. Good benefits. Many nice celebrations with good food. Clean, safe workplace. Never boring.
