Pros

some (few and far in between) competent colleagues 401k match at 5% immediately vested minimum 15% bonus paid out each year I was there. fully remote if not in Boston.

Cons

major, loud problems amongst the c-suite leading to visibly poor and unorganized management and culture. product releases are disorganized making it difficult to know what's actually happening within products we sell and what the priorities are. every release note is wrong and there are no actual technical writers to describe the product that exists. to add on this impacts the customer success organization from delivering information that a customer asks about the product, let alone know how to use the intended product. company is going in too many directions and is not fully competent in one direction to begin with. biofourmis leadership does not have a clear direction and uses a lot of buzzwords which can be reflected in some of the press releases that the company puts out. no confidence that this company will succeed. thankful to be a part of the most recent layoff to be able to get out.

Our executive leadership team made the decision to restructure our business in an effort to address the very concerns you expressed - our new structure allows us to be laser focused on our strategic objectives and enhance alignment across the business.

Pros

Benefits, virtual work environment is an option for some

Cons

Here are some of the top cons: - Absentee CEO who does not engage with anyone outside the executive team - No accountability and little communication from the leadership team (and this is getting worse) - Business expectations do not meet reality - Very little collaboration across groups, everyone is expected to stay in a silo - Leadership needs to be involved in every decision, big or small

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that it can sometimes be a lot of change for employees who started with us early in our growth story so we are always looking for ways to ensure that people feel connected to our leadership team - especially to our CEO, Kuldeep. Kuldeep spends time in all of our international offices, holds regular departmental meetings across the company and hosts quarterly All-Hands meetings. Of course, there is always more that we can do and we will look for ways to address this. Thank you! Denise Chittick Chief People Officer

Pros

Trying to find one, perhaps the product they sell is good.

Cons

Rate it as zero (0) on culture and values. The best practices of managing people and values in business seem to be missing here compared to other companies I have worked for. Lack of fundamental principles of management. Very bad environment. There is no stock options offered in this pre-IPO. Imagine! Made bad decision to join.
