Pros

> Great training ground > Amazing Team (although this depends on the department but my team, the manager & my team leader are both amazing; too bad they’re also leaving the company soon)

Cons

> As a product and application specialist (PAS) you will travel ALOT and there will be times that you will take a bus alone to your destination probably very early in the morning to catch the bus, honestly this is not a problem the real problem is, which brings me to the second cons; > The real problem is that frequently, the hotel accommodation budget and the Revolving fund is given very late so you’ll end up with No money for transpo & hotel and the schedule of your product demo or training is in the early morning the next day > Another Cons is that the owners will bad mouth your manger or your team leader when they heard a “news” (from a sipsip person) about the tech team even though it’s a lie and then they your whole team will be heavily criticized by them (the owners)
