One of the best company culture's I have ever been apart of. They care about their employees by creating a positive work life balance and cultivating an environment that inspires everyone forward. There are so many opportunities in regards to growth, and in my time I have been able to work with people that have propelled my career for the better.
Cons
I think the traditional benefits coming from the US such as health care provided is still a work in progress. However, they have a solution that works and are very generous in terms of PTO and sick leave when needed.
