- great coworkers synergy - positive vibes - since your role is full stack js engineer, you are free to explore whichever side you are interested in
Cons
- feature feature feature, it seems like the feature demanded by the team is not well researched before, it caused some of the features to completely shut down after less than a month or even before the feature deployed - too much tech debt, most of the team don't have a sense of belonging to their products, as long as the project running fine, they will not bother to pay the debt (eg: update deprecated libs) *or maybe bcs everyone already too busy to fulfil the new feature demand(?) - no clear career path - management
