      Pros

      plenty of hours if you are willing to be on call 24/7, take no vacations or sick leave, and can be ready and willing to do any possible work for them at a moments notice.

      Cons

      No management accountability, poor top down communication, absence of safe working conditions, short notice on when and what your work duties will be and overall they treat employees as expendable. longest standing employee they had was 1.5 years.
