Toxic environment despite interesting tech and smart people

Interesting tech, smart engineers and some really nice people.

Cons

Lots of micromanagement and gaslighting and discrimination happening. It's a very toxic environment and it's not worth your mental health. No place for progression as well

Some people are cool. Interesting work/field. Friendly ICs

Cons

Upper management are just so out of touch and myopic. It's not a good thing when the CEO gets his ideas from X/Twitter. You basically have to be on call constantly.
