- Expected low salary due to the not really complicated task. - no OT obviously, an executive got no OT. - be prepare for office politics, not everyone is your friend, human aircond do exist. OK? - 3 months notice period. Really? Do better. - But some special pipols can escape that 3 month notice. Great! - the non-existence HR team. - my advise if you are planning to work here, just come for work, end of shift just go back home. Dont really invest into people there, and read your contract triple times.

1. No bonus no increment. Reason : No profit. 2. Mind game. Management are so good to pass a workload to someone without even asking them if they can manage to do it or not. Saying “No” is a very wrong word here. 3. Less salary. As long you want to work here longer please keep in your mind there won’t be any much changes in salary. 4. Politics. We have a bunch of old employees will play some superb politics here so don’t expect to climb for better position in this company unless you are very good in manipulating and say “Yes boss” to everything management says. 5. Meeting. 2-3 hours meeting and no much changes, just extra talk. Unrealistic expectations and when we try to suggest the outcome if we follow this their answer will be : “Try first, if we are near there to our expectations then it is a positive sign” But the problem is the pressure goes to the person who will be in charge of it to run the operation everyday. 6. Benefits. Trust me benefit here is literally nothing unless you are in a top position in this company. RM 250 per year medical claim sums up this company level. 7. Work life balance. Worst. You can see someone randomly will text in Google Chat 12am or 1am asking or informing something. Very weird and even we have to work more than 8 hours sometime if more workload. Can you imagine if someone not available on the day due to certain issue and because if that you have to work 12 hours. This shows how bad the management are as they do not want to hire enough people and assume they can work with current available people which is not enough as well. Even when you are in vacation you have to bring your laptop. Even when you are at home you somehow need to do the work they assign to you. Management don’t care even you go for lunch or not (Operation affected more) A lot to say but this all is one of the main cons of this company. Glad I am not working here anymore and for those out there never ever step in to this company if you want to earn well and need a good work life balance.
