Very toxic environment Micro management Products are OK but it’s a small company Always hated working here

No raises unless they feel you have gone above and beyond their expectations!! Very bad MICRO MANAGING !!! Treated disrespectful by management. No HR department to go to when there are issues with fellow employees and the owner who is a dirty old man. Favoritism by management. Insurance is $400 a month out if your pocket. There is NO 401K plan. No work life management they expect you to be in the office everyday even when you are sick. Their company is more important than your family and your health.
