The entire organization is a mess, the owners could care less about their employees and do nothing to keep the good ones. The turnover ratio in every department has to be at least 50-60% annually. The bad employees are made managers and run off the good ones. Over my 4 1/2 years I watched while they grew more and more stores and with every new store opened figured out a way to pay the same job titles less money. The fnance department alone pays less than half of the entire industry.

Where to start? The owners are the cheapest people I've ever worked for. We had a $700 budget for a xmas party for 50 people. Meanwhile they stayed in a suite at the cosmopolitan and ate at the most expensive steakhouses in town. The bonus plan is great but you won't ever make it. The service dept is the worst I've ever seen and they don't have enough employees to get your sales delivered in time to hit a bonus. As others have said the turnover is astounding. The service manager recently quit and they have been thru 4 managers since I left. The finance department is dreadful and wont get your sales approved and if they do they won't get the paperwork to the corporate office in time for your bonus. Every high level manager has left. This company is the laughing stock of the RV industry Stay far away from this place
