They're secretive! I had no idea what I was getting into when I first accepted the job. They seemed to keep everything from me until we arrived...at a WALMART...to beg people to donate to L.E.A.D. No place to sit, must be out in the elements for 95% of the shift. You WILL get sunburnt unless you apply sunscreen consistently. The entire job, regardless of position, consists of asking people to donate, and constantly getting rejected. There are **NO** health insurance benefits until you are promoted to a certain position. Even then, you must acquire health insurance yourself, and they pay for half.
