Sales leadership (CRO and VP level) demonstrated inconsistent and selective enforcement of compliance standards, which were later used to pressure and threaten employment within the first 1–2 months. Commitments made during onboarding were not honored, including a pre-approved one-week family vacation, which was later used against me upon departure.
There is a documented pattern of unfair compensation and quota practices. Multiple employees have left the organization due to these issues. Of eight Account Executives, only one is consistently hitting quota—and that individual has been with the company since its earliest days. The remaining seven AEs are not earning commission under the current structure.
Prospective candidates should carefully evaluate leadership practices, quota realism, and compensation transparency before joining.
