      Good coworkers, Central location in Kansas City

      Cons

      Very busy, lots of last minute add on surgeries. Communication with clinic is not very good. Building is in a bad location

      Staff want to do a good job. insurance is good flexible schedule for staff

      Cons

      CEO is extreme narcissist. my way or the highway person. not clinical and therefore doesn't understand about losing nursing license with decisions. extreme clique environment, favoritism rules, professionalism is discouraged. higher ups do not care. You cannot advance unless you are in her favor.
