Pros

It was a great environment!

Cons

Lower pay, but it was seasonal part-time so it's understandable!

Easily the best summer job I've ever had.

Pros

Everyone is nice and the job is fun

Cons

Sometimes games run long, but that's not anything to do with the company. I really have nothing bad to say about the Wilmington Blue Rocks.

Brutal

Pros

-Enjoyable work environment if you love sports -Free admission to all minor league games

Cons

The hours are brutal and the pay is criminal. Work 70 hour homestands and get paid almost nothing for all the work you put in. Must work games in their entirety regardless of rain delays or extra innings. Difficult to get time off. Management neither respects nor appreciates the contributions of its employees.
