Before appointing a micro manager everything was okay, after that all turned to worse, and eventually people started to flee out of the company.

Cons

Micro management and straight out bullying.

Used to be nice atmosphere and lot's of occasional benefits.

Cons

Cutting costs from the main business to expand the business operations to countries where one doesn't have to pay workers as much as on EU, is not a strategy which will work in a long run.

Micromanaged Culture

Pros

The only pros I can think of relate to material things, like a nice office, lunches, snacks etc

Cons

The company culture is straight out micromanaged by the top management and the HR department. If you join, prepare yourself to be watched like a hawk at the time you go into and out of the office. 'Flexibility' only exists on their own terms. Loads of preferential treatment to certain employees which is highly unfair to others.
