Watch Out For The Red Flags!

Pros

Same as the other legit reviews.

Cons

Just read the real reviews (ex-employees and interviewees). I've never such levels of arrogance, hubris, and toxic behaviour in a workplace. How do employees respond? They vote with their feet and LEAVE. There's been a huge exodus the past year. Don't believe me? Check LinkedIn. I really don't recommend experienced employees joining. New grads? Just get some experience and recognise the environment/ behaviour is NOT normal or acceptable.

Pros

Work from home policy

Cons

CEO is detached from reality Niche product which has a long sales cycle but results are expected immediately. Hard work is unappreciated and the training program is a joke. Unrealistic sales goals.

Pros

Good benefits package, nice office space, opportunity to travel

Cons

This software has potential, but unfortunately, the mechanisms for the U.S. branch of the company to succeed is not in place. The U.S. division lacks a management team, a go-to-market strategy, and an adequate mentorship and training program. The minimal training that is provided is very product heavy, with no focus on the solution that is being provided. You can only use the product using 'dummy data' until you get a client of your own, making it difficult to show prospects the value of the software. There is no opportunity to hear from current customers of how they are getting value from the software, which is a real shame. Annual sales targets do not match the sales cycle. There are many oversights that will not fix themselves as the company attempts to grow in the U.S. This was an interesting place to work with intelligent people, I truly which them ever success.
