HR Nightmare

Pros

There was genuinely no pros to working here.

Cons

This company is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen. The upper management is horrendous. One of the Senior Managers is misogynistic, homophobic and is the most passive aggressive person I've ever experienced. To top it off? If any complaints are made to "HR", they disregard it and ignore you. You essentially become dead to them until they can find any frivolous reason to "let you go" with two weeks pay. If you are near your 90 day mark especially, they will fire you if you voice your opinion or do not like hostile behavior. I would say not to voice your ideas because if it is "good enough", your reporting manager will sadly steal it. If you ever have a question? Do not not expect to be answered. There is no formal training at all. Do not expect HR to help you if any serious matter pops up. The politics are only in your favor if you are complicit and naive and don't speak up. They have NO empathy to their employees and only care if their stock holders are happy. If you are a woman or part of the LGBTQ+ community especially, DO NOT work here.

Low pay, bad management

Pros

Flexible work hours for work life balance. Annual offsite conference in a foreign country.

Cons

Bad management, as managers leave teams they don't hire for new ones. Leaves works with no direction or personal career growth. No annual raises or performance reviews. I worked here for a few years and have left over a year ago. After starting with a new company I have come to realize that this company lacks a lot of direction, team work and communication. Lots of pettiness also coming from upper management. Compensation is also very short coming compared to the same role in the industry. I am now being compensated over 40% more for the same job.

Pros

Flexible work schedules Annual retreats (which are now being stretched out to be less than annual)

Cons

-Petty management, silly ego driven fights for both turf and to hold the company hostage -Inexperienced management who have unrealistic expectations -Expect your boss to take credit for your successes -Extreme lack of advancement -Wasted resources on projects -Stretched out annual retreats (not necessarily annually anymore) -Reduction in benefits without explanation
