Pros

There are some interesting clients but unfortunately, clients leave this agency in droves! There's ice cream cake for birthdays and that is it.

Cons

There is little to no structure! 2 directors left back to back. I have seen so many talented employees just quit/laid off. The employee turnover is astonishing and not sustainable. From what I see, the staffs are short-handed and asking for more full-time employees falls on deaf ears. Not an environment to achieve your fullest potential. Stay away.

Employee turnover is actually low enough that we know exactly who wrote this review. Unfortunately the only clients that were lost were the ones under this person's direct responsibility which is why we had to let them go after repeated mismanagement. We didn't have 2 directors leave back to back, we had 1 director that moved on after being with us for several years. The second one is still with us and in fact is the person this employee answered to and the one that recommended terminating them.

Pros

Can work on some fun projects Good Benefits

Cons

The Company has very little talent, is not innovating and there is absolutely NO room for growth. No team unity, everyone eats by their desk and if you come out for 1 hr lunch Management frowns upon you. Stressful and depressing environment to work in. Tight deadlines with unrealistic delivery dates. Work overtime, late nights and even weekends with no compensation. Low Salary Owners are cheap and can be unprofessional. Lock clients in, because back-end system of clients website belongs to the company and not the client.

Pros

Nice people, can work from home, but can also work hybrid if you prefer. Flexible days off. There's a lot of opportunity to learn, and employees willing to help.

Cons

I'm just writing a review to get 12 more months on glassdoor, but it is a bit hectic for the amount they pay. Demanding clients, and not a ton of room for growth, both professionally and career-wise. Despite not having a super-super intense workload (relatively speaking), there is ALWAYS some menial task that needs to be done, that will take longer than it should because marketing, so professional growth can be limited, since a lot of time is dedicated to just getting what you need to get done, done. You'll likely be expected to jump into the mud your first week or so, so be prepared for that. It's a job at the end of the day, but id say over 50% of the people I worked with seemed to like it. Everyone will have their different reasons though depending on their character, workload, department, clients, etc.
